- Modular Ready - The site will be easily accesable for both the modules and the crane

- Great - the home should be designed around some great views
- Nothing Great - The building lot doesn’t have any great views
- Ugly - There are some views I don’t want to see from any room in my modular home
Set Backs and Restrictions
- No height restrictions - desing as high as you want
- Yes there are height restrictions that will only allow the structure to be tall.

- Southern Exposure - within 45degrees south and the house could have solar power of some sort
