Yes - Core House has two architects one on staff and one on retainer who will review your Core House Plans for functionality and design. In addition, if additional design and finish elements are needed our certified architects are affordable and will efficiently help and assist your needs.
No - Core House does not take outside designs from architects, however Core House’s retail arm, Modular Home Place looks forward to working with more architects in the future.
Can a Core House be big?

How long does it take to design and build a Core House?
There are three time lines for the design, construction and completion of a Core House.
- Design and Engineering - minimum time will be four weeks
- Construction, Delivery and Set - on average: six weeks at the present time
- On-Site Completion - minimum of one week and as long as three months or more
