Core Modern Modular Questions and Answers

Why Core Modern Modular?

Core Modern is an alternative to the “biggest is best” housing mentality. Core Modern modular homes are designed to maximize the use of space to enhance one’s lifestyle. Many people are pigeon toed into living their lives by the design of their conventional home. Colonial, Victorian, Cape Cods and even the modern ranch compartmentalize the rooms and the uses of the spaces.

The concept behind Core Modern modular homes is to maximize your life by accommodating your needs in a house, not to minimize space but to maximize the use of the space in a Core Modern. By taking the customer’s life style, visitor needs, family, entertaining needs and interests into consideration Core Modern offers a elevated level of living.

By maximizing the use of space, Core House are smaller than conventional homes and therefore less costly to operate - heat, cool and annually maintain.

How Can a Core House Accommodate my Needs?

The first step in having your Core House accommodate your needs is to be conscious of your life and what you want your life to be. First do an inventory of your present life and ask yourself if your life is limited and affected by the constraints of your present home.

Ask yourself: Do I watch too much television because your interests and joys need to be packed away for your home to be orderly? Do I feel guilty because some of the rooms/spaces in my home never get used? Do I have a place that is intimate and cozy, yes cozy, for quiet time? Do you resist using your exercise equipment in your basement dungeon? Am I trying to keep up with Joneses? Is my house unique to my needs and future needs?

For example, Imagine having a gardening closet connected to your Core room (living, cooking and eating room - better known as a great room). Your gardening closet holds pots, fertilizer, gardening implements and a planting table where you can leave your mess by closing the door. If you had five minutes you could spend that time gardening by eliminating the dread of preparation time.

List your hobbies, joys and interests you would add to your life if your house would allow it. Core house can help.

More and more people are working from their homes, Core House complex is the perfect opportunity to isolate your work life and home life from each other. How many times have you been interrupted at your home office from non-work issues? A “Tiny” detached Core House modular office is a wonderful solution.
